From the moment we connected online I could feel Monique's presence. Her genuine and authentic presence immediately settled my anxious state. We began with a gentle conversation that were unique to Monique's style. She then led me through some breathing exercise and a truly relaxing meditation. After that I melted into the treatment awaking only at the soft sound of her voice asking me to come back from my altered state. We then chatted for a few moments as I was drowsy and very relaxed (we did an evening session just before my bed time). Monique followed up with notes and further comments that I loved receiving. The entire experience felt very intimate and healing. I would highly recommend Monique and I continue to use her services.
