One of the most common questions I get asked is whether or not energy healing makes you tired. The answer is both yes and no. Let me explain...
When you first start out doing energy work, it's not unusual to feel tired afterwards. This is because your body is not used to channeling and processing all of that energy. Just like when you start working out at the gym, your body will feel fatigued afterwards until it gets used to the new routine.
However, once your body becomes adjusted to energy work, you should no longer feel exhausted after a session. In fact, many people report feeling more energized and alert afterwards. If you do find yourself feeling tired after energy work, it's likely due to one of two things:
You are not properly grounding yourself before and after a session.
You are taking on too much energy from other people and need to learn how to protect your own energy field.
If you are new to energy healing, I recommend working with a qualified practitioner who can help you learn how to ground yourself and protect your energy field. Once you have the proper techniques down, you'll be able to reap all the benefits of energy work without feeling drained afterwards.
