How Do I Know They Accepted My Healing Energy?

After sending healing energy to someone, how can you tell if they accepted it? Here are a few ways to tell:

1. They will feel lighter. If you were carrying a heavy load and someone took some of the weight off of you, you would feel lighter, right? The same applies to energetic healing. If someone has been carrying around a lot of negative energy and you help to clear some of it out, they will feel lighter.

2. They will feel more relaxed. This is probably the most common way people know they have received healing energy. They will suddenly feel more relaxed, as if a burden has been lifted off of them.

3. They will feel more joyful. This is similar to feeling more relaxed, but with an added element of joy. When you are truly joyful, it is hard to fake it. So if someone who was previously down in the dumps is now radiating joy, it is a good sign they accepted your healing energy.

4. They will have more energy. If someone was depleted before and now has an abundance of energy, it is a good sign they accepted your healing energy.

5. They will be more open-minded. This one can be a bit tricky to spot, but if you see that someone who was previously closed-minded to new ideas is now suddenly open to them, it is a good indicator they accepted your healing energy.
