I'm often asked how I heal animals with energy. It's actually quite simple and anyone can do it. All you need is your intention and focus.

The first thing you need to do is relax and center yourself. You can do this by taking a few deep breaths and focusing on your breath. Once you're feeling calm, begin to visualize white light emanating from your hands. Picture the light growing brighter and brighter until it's so bright that it fills the entire room.

Now, imagine the light moving from your hands and into the animal. See it entering their body and filling them with healing energy. You can even visualize specific areas that need healing, such as a broken bone or an injury. Just hold the intention that the animal is healed and feel the energy flowing into them.

You may even want to talk to the animal telepathically, sending them healing thoughts and words of love. Simply tell them that they are safe and that they are being healed. Trust that the process is working and know that the animal is receiving the healing they need.

Once you're finished, simply let go of the visualization and thank the animal for allowing you to help them. You can do this healing technique as often as you like, for as long as you feel called to do so. It's a beautiful way to connect with animals and help them in their time of need.
