Now, focus your attention on your breath and start channeling the negative energy into your breath. As you breathe out, visualize the negative energy being released from your body. Continue doing this until you feel the negative energy has been completely released. Finally, imagine the white light shining on you again and feel its purity and peace filling your entire being. Take a few deep breaths and open your eyes when you are ready.
