According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), our energy or "Qi" flows through meridians in our body. If our Qi is unbalanced, it can lead to physical, emotional, and mental health problems.There are many ways to heal with our energy. One popular method is acupuncture, which involves inserting needles into specific points on the body to balance the flow of Qi. Other methods include qigong and tai chi, which are forms of exercise that help to balance the body's energy.Food and herbs are also important in balancing our Qi. Certain foods can help to increase our energy, while others can help to calm and balance it. Herbs can be taken in many forms, such as teas, tinctures, or capsules. making sure we get enough sleep and relaxation, and spending time in nature, are also important for keeping our energy balanced. By taking care of our energy and keeping it balanced, we can promote healing in our bodies, minds, and spirits. Hi, friends! In today's blog post, I'm sharing how you can heal with your energy. This is a topic that is near and dear to my heart, as I have personally used this technique to heal myself from various ailments.

Our energy is powerful stuff. And when it comes to healing, it can be even more powerful. That's because our energy can be used to help us release old patterns that are no longer serving us, and to bring in new patterns that will support our health and well-being.

Here are some tips on how you can use your energy to heal:

Get clear on what you want to heal. The first step is to get clear on what you want to heal. What is the issue that you're dealing with? What do you want to feel better about? When you're clear about what you want to heal, it will be easier to focus your energy on that issue.

Visualize yourself healed. Once you know what you want to heal, the next step is to visualize yourself as already healed. See yourself in your mind's eye as happy, healthy, and whole. Feel the joy and relief that comes with being healed. Allow yourself to really feel the positive emotions that come with being healed.

Send healing energy to your problem areas. Now that you've visualized yourself as healed, it's time to send some healing energy to your problem areas. Close your eyes and imagine white light or healing energy flowing from your hands into the areas that need healing. You can also visualize the light penetrating deeply into your cells, DNA, and organs, infusing them with healing energy.

Release old patterns. As you're sending healing energy to your problem areas, take a moment to release any old patterns that are no longer serving you. These could be patterns of illness, patterns of negative thinking, or patterns of destructive behavior. Imagine these patterns being released from your cells and replaced with healthy, positive patterns.

Allow the healing to happen. Once you've sent healing energy to your problem areas and released any old patterns, it's time to allow the healing to happen. Trust that the process is taking place and trust that you are being healed. Let go of any attachment to the outcome and allow yourself to simply be in the moment.
